PROCESS EQUIPMENT/工艺设备
COPPER
Musical instrument grade (special a) Brass Ingot, GB 59-1, lead content ≤ 1.2%. After polishing,
there will be no impurities, sand holes, cracks, waves and other phenomena, the quality requirements are
strict, in line with international standards.
CNC
Advanced
CNC (fully automatic machining center), multi process one-time processing, to ensure the ultra-high
accuracy of processing dimensions and surface finish, to ensure the long-term sealing performance of
products.
ELECTROPLATE
CASTING
By adopting advanced gravity casting technology, the tap shell is integrated by Italian IMR
gravity casting and sand core forming equipment. The product has compact structure, dense crystal, uniform
thickness and smooth surface.
POLISH
Skilled craftsmen use different
grades of grinding wheel and cloth wheel to polish the product surface step by step to make the surface
smooth and delicate.
